Intellectual Property Policy

We respect creators, brands, customers, and the personal stories behind every HARCY design. This policy explains the ownership and permission boundaries for content used on harcyai.com.
1. HARCY materials
The HARCY name, site design, software, curated templates, catalog photography, text, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Shanghai Shimao Planet Technology Co., Ltd. You may use them only as needed to access the service and create a personal HARCY order.
2. Your submitted content
You retain rights you already hold in your original prompt, drawing, photograph, or other submitted content. You grant the limited processing permission described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Submitting content does not transfer third-party rights to you.
3. AI-generated designs
Rights in AI-generated output can vary by jurisdiction and by the contribution of the user, HARCY templates, and service providers. HARCY does not promise that a generated concept is legally exclusive, registrable, or free from coincidental similarity. Do not rely on a preview as a legal clearance opinion.
4. Prohibited submissions
Do not submit or request unauthorized logos, copyrighted characters, protected artwork, celebrity likenesses, counterfeit product designs, or private images you do not have permission to use. We may remove content, restrict an account, or decline production when a credible rights concern arises.
5. Reporting a concern
A rights holder may report a concern through the customer-support route displayed on harcyai.com. Include identification of the protected work, the relevant HARCY content or URL, your authority to act, and accurate contact details. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.
